These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the SyncWave B2B app by MGLogics. This is a template to adapt with your legal counsel; the structure and styling are ready to fill in.
By installing or using the SyncWave B2B app ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
The App syncs products, inventory, and orders across your connected stores. It is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep it accurate and available but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You are responsible for:
If the App is offered on a paid plan, fees are billed through your commerce platform’s billing system according to the plan you select, and are subject to that platform’s billing terms.
The App, its code, and its branding remain the property of MGLogics. Output the App produces for your store is yours to use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MGLogics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data arising from use of the App.
You may uninstall the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or misuse of the service. On termination, the App stops operating on your store.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected in the "last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
